Transport for London has published details of an £820m package of rail improvements it hopes the Government will fund in Network Rail’s next five-year spending period (2014-2019).
The biggest part of the package is a £540m programme to increase capacity on West Anglia services. TfL says the project has a benefit:cost ratio of 2:1.
