Product description:

TUBA has been developed for the DfT by Mott MacDonald to undertake economic appraisals for multimodal transport schemes. TUBA undertakes matrix-based economic appraisal with either fixed or variable trip matrices in accordance with the DfT’s Transport Analysis Guidance (WebTAG). It calculates the user benefits based on trip, time, distance and charge matrices from a transport model.

TUBA 1.7c was released in August 2009

Windows XP or Vista. 256Mb RAM (although large problems will benefit from extra RAM). 10Mb hard disk space (for installation). Single site licences: local authorities and consultants within the EU - £350 plus VAT; education use within the EU - £100 plus VAT; commercial use outside the EU - £1,000. The licence price includes free software support, maintenance and minor upgrades.
