The Coalition Government’s pledge to end central government funding for new fixed speed cameras in England will put lives at risk and anger  local communities, road safety chiefs warned this week.

The pledge to cease funding new cameras is contained in the new Conservative/Liberal Democrat’s programme for government agreement.
