The European Commission is considering creating a harmonised EU-wide data collection system for urban transport.
The Commission says there is limited comparable data on urban transport across the EU. A new study will therefore examine possible data sources and make recommendations for the “collection and availability of comparable, relevant and timely data and statistics”.
