Legal error forces Westminster to re-tender on-street contract

Mouchel, NSL and APCOA all given chance to compete again

Westminster City Council has cancelled its new on-street parking contract due to a legal flaw, and is to start the tendering process again. Last month the authority announced Mouchel as its preferred bidder for the new £50m contract, which was to have started on 1 April (PR March).

Mouchel would have taken over from NSL Services, the authority’s on-street parking contractor since 2003.
