Paul Caddy, director of group operations for the debt recovery company Marston Group, has been elected as new vice chairman of the Association of Civil Enforcement Agencies (ACEA).

Caddy has been an active member of the ACEA for four years and a director with Marston Group for ten years. As vice chairman, Caddy’s new role will include negotiating with the government on changes and reforms that will affect the enforcement sector.
