SE Scotland looks at parking options

SEStran, the South East Scotland Transport Partnership, is exploring options for introducing decriminalised parking enforcement.

Framework consultant MVA said a single SEStran-wide scheme is unlikely to be supported by member authorities but says a trial scheme could be set up in either Falkirk and Clackmannanshire, or in Fife. MVA believes these authorities could operate a scheme profitably. Edinburgh already operates DPE and is not a part of the SEStran initiative....
