Three authorities say joint working will save £60k
Three Essex councils have formed a parking partnership in a bid to cut costs. The Colchester, Uttlesford and Braintree districts will combine their on-street and off-street services. The partnership, which starts on 1 April, will run from Colchester council’s offices, with a joint back office team, and front-line staff based in each area.
