A mermaid blowing bubbles greeted people arriving at the launch party for Q-Park’s Strand Street car park at the Liverpool ONE shopping centre on 1 October, when an entire level of the car park was transformed into an underwater setting.
Besides the mermaid sitting on her clam shell, pearls and jewels adorned the tables, which were patrolled by waiters and waitresses dressed in sailor uniforms.
