Blue badge abusers are being targeted in a campaign by a Devon council to stamp out the problem. Plymouth city council parking attendants are now checking that blue badges are being used legitimately by those who are entitled to use them.
The Plymouth Disability Action Network (PDAN) is working with the council to monitor the use and abuse of the blue badge scheme.
