I was interested to read Peter Stonham’s recent article in about the insufficient transfer of knowledge between operators throughout the world and UK public transport operators. I couldn’t agree more with a few exceptions: London Underground, London Buses and Newcastle Nexus, who engage in extensive confidential international benchmarking and knowledge transfer groups.
