FirstGroup will launch its first UK Greyhound bus services on September 14, with the claim that it will be faster than rival services, and offer superior customer service.The initial routes will be between Portsmouth, Southampton and London, with fares starting from £1 with 50p booking fee, in direct immitation of Stagecoach’s Megabus pricing. Further destinations are planned next year.
