M25 widening, Buckinghamshire/Hertfordshire

Work started last week on widening the M25 between junction 16 (at its junction with the M40) and junction 18 from dual three-lanes to dual four-lanes. The existing hard shoulders will become the new running lanes and new hard shoulders built alongside them.
