Oliver Howarth is joining Blackpool Transport Services as operations director. Howarth, who has been most recently worked as an independent consultant but has been associated with Blackpool Transport since 2004, will continue to be responsible for commercial and marketing matters at Blackpool but now takes on the full time operations role for the 190 bus, 52 tram company.
