Transport for London today announced new contracts for six bus routes in the capital. All of the awards are on the basis of conventional diesel-engined vehicles rather than hybrids.

Route 34 (Barnet to Walthamstow). Re-awarded to Arriva London North on the basis of a peak vehicle requirement of 20 existing double deck vehicles. The new contract will commence in November 2009.
