Residents in Lancaster and Morcambe are being offered the chance to win a weeks free bus travel as part of new European campaign to reduce car journeys in the area. The project, known as ‘Ad Personam’, is being funded via Intelligent Energy Europe, an initiative aimed at promoting public transport use.
