Bus operator First Glasgow has entered the long distance intercity coach market with the purchase of the Scotland to London coach service of East Kilbride-based Silver Choice Travel.
The deal, which was completed last month, sees First Glasgow operate a single overnight service between Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hamilton and London. A relaunch of the service is expected soon.
