Cardiff Bus’s new chair, Joseph Carter, is the youngest chair appointed at the company at just 25 years old, replacing Steve Pantak. Carter, the Liberal Democrat councillor for Pentwyn and Llanedeyrn, has served on the Cardiff Bus board since 2004.
Carter says he is keen to build on an already close relationship with Cardiff Bus managing director, David Brown.
