TfL’s Streets section needs to re-think its approach to cycling

I am astonished at the complacent response from Peter Brown to my correspondence about cycling in London (Letters LTT 8 Aug). The response is so misleading that I can’t believe Peter actually read my letter. At no time did I rubbish the efforts of former colleagues but, rather, made the point that they were labouring under difficult circumstances and were, consequently, demotivated to the extent that some were not pro-active on the part of cycling.
