Max Sugarman is to join Intelligent Transport Systems UK (ITS (UK)) as chief executive after secretary general Jennie Martin retires in January 2023. He will join from the Catapult Network, where he has been head of policy and public affairs for the past five months. Prior to that he spent five years at the Railway Industry Association, most recently as public affairs and PR director.
