The commission set up by the Welsh Government to recommend alternatives to building the £1.6bn M4 Relief Road at Newport has set out its work plan.
The South East Wales Transport Commission, chaired by Lord Terry Burns, will issue a “progress update” in the next two months. This will be followed by an “interim report” in the spring and a final report “around the end of 2020”.
