QCs come at a price says operator

With the local elections out of the way, the DfT will soon publish a draft version of its Road Transport Bill for consultation. Two of the key components of the legislation will be reforms to bus regulation and metropolitan goverance, though much of the detail is likely to be wrapped up in notes and guidance, drafts of which are likely to follow later this year.
