Baker boosts cycle spend

Local transport minister Norman Baker has announced £15m for cycling in England. 

Sustrans will receive £8m to create better cycle routes.

The Cycle Rail Working Group will distribute £7m to train operators for cycle facilities at stations – projects will be announced next month.
