WAG funding for DRT route

The Welsh Assembly Government has awarded a £509,000 three-year grant to a new demand responsive transport bus service in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

The Bwcabus service will provide communities in north Carmarthenshire, the Teifi Valley and South Ceredigion with a direct service to/from home to link up with a conventional hourly bus service between Carmarthen and Cardigan. Arrivals in Carmarthen are timed to feed into rail services.
