Oral hearings into the plans of Nexus for a Quality Contract Scheme in Tyne and Wear have been delayed until July after the PTE asked the QCS board for more time to prepare a response to the operators’ challenges to the proposed scheme. The hearings had been due to begin next week. Sessions will now take place on 13-17 and 20-24 July.
