In the excitement of new technology and mobility solutions coming on stream, sometimes the needs/travel patterns of particular groups, such as women, can be overlooked. Sadly.

The event, the second in the popular series, will highlight positive examples of how women as transport users can benefit from the innovations that are transforming the transport sector.

It will show how the future of mobility can be more inclusive and sustainable, as mobility services use technology and other innovative solutions adapted for women’s needs and where innovative approaches enhance women’s professional opportunities in transport.

New technologies can open new opportunities around the world. Women riders, sharers and hailers are often the key to market growth  – if they feel safe and comfortable.
