Housing-led regeneration provides a good return on investment, says study

The way funding is made available to promote regeneration needs to change because it can more than prove its economic return, according to a new report. The report, Regeneration Revival, commissioned by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), Sheffield Hallam University's Centre for Regional Economic Social Research (CRESR) and Poplar HARCA, calls for changes to be made in the way regeneration funding is provided.
