Developments with shared AV zones could offer between 15% and 20% additional developable area

Introducing autonomous vehicles in Britain could free up to 15-20% developable land worth billions to build homes, workplaces and green spaces, according to a new report published today by consultancy WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and architects Farrells, writes Infrastructure Investor.
