HCA funds parish to implement Community Right to Build Orders and create new homes, self build plots and community facilities

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has announced funding for a mid-Sussex parish council to allow it to implement two pioneering Community Right to Build Orders.

Slaugham Parish Council in Mid Sussex will use its Community Right to Build Orders to pave the way for much needed new homes, some of which will be affordable, and a community centre.
