Parkex 2026: The preview

BPA trade show and conference takes place in Coventry on 20-21 May

Parking professionals from across the world will be gathering in Coventry for the British Parking Association's annual conference and exhibition.

Parkex 2026 will be held at the CBS Arena on 20-21 May 2025.

The BPA is a membership association representing the UK’s parking and mobility sector. It represents over 750 corporate members including local government, commercial providers, parking system operators, consultants, and academics. In addition, the BPA has a separate membership structure for individuals.

Parkex 2026 will feature seminars and presentations in the BPA Live and EV Connect theatres.

Over two days, panels comprising sector experts and guest speakers will convene on the BPA Live stage will address a range of themes, including:

• Government transport and parking policy
• National Parking Platform
• Parking enforcement
• Kerbside management
• The Blue Badge scheme
• Procurement
• Ghost plates and cloned vehicles
• EV infrastructure and payment
• Structural safety
• Women in Parking
• Diversity and inclusion in parking services

The event will see the BPA reveal the winners of The John Heasman Innovation Awards, which recognise excellence and technological developments in parking.

Traffex and Cold Comfort

Parkex 2026 is co-located with the Traffex, a highways event, and Cold Comfort, a winter roads maintenance event. Both these exhibitions have their own dedicated conference streams.
