Cornwall Council wins PATROL Driving Improvement Awards

Local authority will develop public engagement campaign

An idea for a public engagement campaign focussed on the issue of Blue Badge abuse and misuse proposed by Cornwall Council was named winner of the 2025-26 PATROL Driving Improvement Awards.

The council’s winning entry, ‘Whose badge is it?’, is a campaign combining public engagement with internal enforcement training, including the production of an animated film and new materials to aid prosecutions.
