Deal will see Stagecoach expand further in the far north of Scotland, Skye and the Orkneys

Stagecoach last week completed its purchase of Inverness-based bus and coach group Rapsons, in a deal that adds over 200 vehicles to the group’s Scottish operations.

The Perth-based group had issued a statement earlier this month that confirmed that it was negotiating with Rapsons to acquire its bus and coach business (Transit May 9).
