East coast train operator GNER has signed a £14.5m contract with Wabtec Rail to refurbish 103 carriages in its fleet of 125mph diesel High Speed Trains. The project is being financed by the train leasing companies and owners of the trains - Angel Trains and Porterbrook Leasing.
