Following a structural review, the Confederation of Passenger Transport has announced that Stephen Smith has been appointed to the newly created role of operations director. Smith has 37 years’ experience of the passenger transport industry and has already led on a number of key issues for CPT.
Meanwhile, John Burch will remain as deputy director - operations. He will now also be free to undertake a number of special projects on behalf of CPT throughout the coming year....
