Dedicated school buses should be introduced across Britain to all primary and many secondary schools says the Yellow School Bus Commission, chaired by former education secretary David Blunkett. 

The commission, which is sponsored by First Group, published its report earlier this month following the conclusion of its year-long review of school transport in the UK.
