Stagecoach Devon concludes its trial of Bayfast ferry service

Stagecoach Devon has concluded its trial of a high-speed  Bayfast ferry link between Torquay and Brixham, having attracted 20,000 passengers.

The £200,000 four-week trial, launched in partnership with Torbay Council, was ran to test the potential for a permanent link. Providing 15-minute connections and up to 15 return trips a day and weekend services, Bayfast cut over an hour off peak road-based journey times.
