Steer has appointed Rubi Sarang as a principal consultant in the Rail Advisory team. Sarang spent more than five years at HS2 Ltd, where she held several roles across three different teams. She began her career at HS2 in 2017, managing a cross-functional team to produce the Operational Cost Baseline for the Phase 1 Outline Business Case. She has also led business planning for the end state operating structure of HS2 and supported the development of the Infrastructure Manager.
