Hampshire County Council’s plans to cut transport funding by around £800,000 a year will have “disproportionate effect on vulnerable people”, a borough council in the county has warned.
Eastleigh Borough Council said the proposed cuts, from April 2023, will remove some enhancements to the concessionary travel schemes and increase the amounts users pay for some services.
