There are now almost 26,000 public electric vehicle chargepoints across the UK, according to data released by the Department for Transport.

According to the latest DfT EV charging device statistics bulletin, of 1 October 2021 there were 25,927 public electric vehicle charging devices available in the UK. Of the total devices available, 4,923 were rapid chargers.
