HS2 Ltd is withholding a critical peer review of the modelling used to assess the project’s potential regional economic impact, it has emerged.
Planning consultant Alan Wenban-Smith told LTT that HS2 Ltd commissioned him in 2016 to peer review the land-use transport interaction (LUTI) modelling undertaken for the project by the David Simmonds Consultancy.
