The British Parking Association (BPA) has terminated the membership of Elite Management (Midlands) Ltd following investigations arising from complaints by motorists .
The BPA identified and confirmed multiple non-compliances with the code of practice for its approved operators scheme (AOS). These included misuse of data and a failure to run a fair and professional operation.
The BPA awarded the company 15 sanction points in accordance with its scheme of sanctions.
