House of Commons Transport Committee calls for commencement of Part 6 of Traffic Management Act 2004, for a third time

Local authorities should be given the powers they need to enforce moving traffic violations, says the House of Commons Transport Select Committee. Councils in London and in Wales can enforce moving traffic regulations, but this is not an option across England.
