Zoe Hall has moved from Cornwall Council to join consultant Parking Associates as learning and development manager.
Hall joined Cornwall Council in 2008 as a civil enforcement officer then moved into the back office as an appeals and representation officer, before taking on management roles that culminated in her becoming strategic parking manager in 2022.
