British Parking Awards-winner Ruskin Square car park in Croydon has been shortlisted by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in its annual London awards.

The refurbishment of the Brutalist multi-storey has been included in the Infrastructure category of the 2018 RICS Awards. 

The Ruskin Square car park was refurbished for Stanhope by a team including Potter Church & Holmes Architects, USL StructureCare and JLL.
