Portsmouth has made prosecuting Blue Badge cheats a priority. People who use stolen, fake or ‘borrowed’ Blue Badges are breaking the law and undermining a scheme that helps disabled people. Portsmouth City Council made a decision in 2009 to tackle the growing and expensive problem of disabled badge abuse and fraud.
