Parking enforcement firm NSL has appointed Adam Palser as its new chief executive. Palser joins the company from international defence and security group QinetiQ where he spent more than a decade as group business development director and, prior to that, managing director of QinetiQ’s information and technology business.
Palser takes over from Mark Underwood, who left NSL at the end of 2014, and is now chief executive of the Priory Group’s education arm.
