StarTraq smartphone system helps councils crackdown on environmental crime

Smartphone technology is helping councils to crack down on littering and dog fouling. The London boroughs of Barnet, Kingston and Sutton, along with Broxbourne Borough Council in Hertfordshire, have partnered with contractor NSL to tackle the enforcement of environmental offences.
