Two Scottish councils have reached agreement with Police Scotland to continue a traffic warden service. Stirling and Falkirk councils will each contribute 25% of the £72,000 costs of employing three traffic wardens with the remaining 50% of costs being met by Police Scotland. The agreement is based on the premise that the councils moves towards decriminalised parking enforcement.
