The former MG Rover site at Longbridge is to be turned into a mixed-use development, with new shops and 2,000 new homes. St Modwen is developer and joint landowner of the £1bn regeneration project which will create a new town centre. 

The scheme will have spaces for up to 2,000 vehicles at a number of car parks across the development. This includes a 200-space surface car park, with 20 disabled spaces and four electric vehicle-charging points.
