Construction work has started on a new retail and leisure complex in Swindon, Wiltshire. The £50m Regent Circus development will include a 450-space car park, a six-screen Cineworld cinema, a Morrisons supermarket and eight restaurants. The work is taking place on the site of a demolished further education college building, which had been derelict since 2006. Developer Ashfield Land aims to complete the scheme by autumn 2014....
